Each building has defined Units, per the condominium documents. This interior floorspace is the basis for determining the assessment amount for each unit.

For rentals, each unit will be assessed Common Area Maintenance (CAM), to include the underlying condominium association assessment, plus real estate taxes. This is set at $3.50/SF for 2009.

For ownership interests, each Unit will be assessed the Condominium Association fee based on interior floorspace. This is set at $1.165/SF for 2009.
