SUPERIOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
Rolling Oaks Center is architecturally designed and approved under the Town of Lady Lake Commercial Design Code. The building elevations are here for your review. The design plans include construction using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) that provide up to an R-30 wall insulation factor by providing 2” of foam insulation on either side of a 4” poured solid concrete wall. Look over the details of this system in the pictures below.
