This project has been approved by the Town of Lady Lake for office condominium ownership. We can therefore offer for sale specific office suites, subject to a Declaration of Condominium, recorded in the Public Records.
At present, we are prepared to quote pricing on space currently constructed to shell stage, delivered either as a shell only, or with interior built out to your specifications.
In addition, we are taking pre-construction commitments on future buildings. The future smaller buildings (#100 and #200) will either be taken as a whole or divided into two units of 1814sf each. The future larger building (#600) will be divided into four units of approximately 1450sf each, and can be taken separately or in a multiple of adjoining units.
The size of available suites will remain flexible based on first-come, first-served commitments, with a minimum deposit of 20% required. If you are interested in purchasing, please feel free to contact us immediately for current availability and pricing.
For ownership interests, each Unit will be assessed the Condominium Association fee based on interior floorspace. This is set at $1.165/SF for 2009.
